Meet The CEO Interns

Angad Singh Bawa

BABSON – UGrad – Nick was selected for the CEO Intern team because of his ability to remain calm while thinking fast on his feet under pressure. After being born in Kenya, where his father was made an honorary citizen, Bawa quickly grew up and landed a job hosting a radio show twice a week.  During his time at Phillips Exeter Academy, Nick participated in varsity golf, squash and track before increasing ad revenues for the school magazine.  He then worked directly under the CEO of a Malaysian artificial flavors and fragrances company, thus learning to manage interactions with influential Chinese, who controlled 75% of the business.  Bawa's experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers will help 300 Below, Inc. streamline its logistical operations. Bawa holds dual citizenship in both Kenya and the United States.  Nick is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and a bit of Swahili, and will graduate in 2011 from Babson College.

Bentzion Chudnovskiy

BABSON – UGRAD – Beni was selected for the CEO Intern team because of his uncanny ability to get to the root of a problem and figure out what is causing it. After growing up in Russia and studying economics at Rostov State University for two years, Chudnovskiy brought his family passion for real estate with him to America. Chudnovskiy studied Financial Markets and Instruments at the Harvard Extension School and proceeded to work as both a Personal Banker for Bank of America and a Realtor for Prudential Town and Country. He is currently certified as a Notary Public and a Realtor in Massachusetts and continues to work with Russian real estate development companies overseas. Chudnovskiy's real estate experience will be invaluable in assessing opportunities to expand 300 Below's presence around the world. Beni is fluent in Russian.

Charles H. BrownBABSON – UGRAD – Charles was selected for the CEO Intern team because of his competitive drive and ability to inspire others. After winning several awards for his sports excellence at Babson College on the track and field team, Brown started exploring sales opportunities for Club Monaco. His compassion for others stems from his experience in community outreach, working both as an Inner City Youth Mentor to inspire high school athletes and as an usher at the North Bronx Church in New York City. Charles brings research expertise to the team from his past employment at Babson's Horn Library. He was elected CEO of his Foundation Management Experience (FME) business by his peers and managed six departments before donating all profits to charity. Charles is active in the Babson Investment Management Association and will graduate in 2010 from Babson College with a degree in Business Administration.
Gabriel Greeley

OLIN – UGRAD – Gabe was selected for the CEO Intern team because of his ability to take raw concepts and create innovative prototypes to get a point across.  Greeley works for Dassault Systèmes S.A. as a Quality Engineer engineer for SolidWorks, known as one of the top CAD systems on the market for 3D Mechanical Design.  Greeley's engineering experience includes design work on microscopic actuators for a telescope lens, off-road vehicles, and computer aided design.  Greeley was the design manager for the Olin College SAE Baja Team, which competes in the SAE-sponsored series of one person off-road tests and races.  Greeley's passion for automotive applications will pair well in 300 Below's motorsports division.  Gabe graduated in May 2009 from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Yinan Nancy Xu

HARVARD– UGRAD – Nancy was selected for the CEO Intern team because of her inability to be intimidated. Xu's business experience includes work as an analyst for Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong after working with the China Market Research Group. Among her other interests, Xu studied French and Art History at Université de Paris IV in Sorbonne and qualified in two Illinois beauty pageants before winning the title of Miss Friendship Ambassador in 2007, later qualifying her to compete in the 2008 Miss Chinese International pageant in Hong Kong as Miss Chicago. Xu has enjoyed playing Wei-Qi since her days at IMSA. Xu's past experience at the International Truck and Engine Corporation in Chicago will help 300 Below's motorsports divisions. Nancy is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and a bit of French, and graduated from from Harvard College with a joint degree in Economics and East Asian Studies.
